The price of our Japanese, Korean and Chinese products are subject to potential frequent fluctuations due to market volatility. As a result, we are not able to offer refunds or price adjustments due to product price changes.
Shipping Details
We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD across Canada. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, with delivery times varying by location and carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. To help protect your delivery, a signature requirement is available at checkout for an additional $2 CAD. Orders over $500 CAD will automatically include this for added security.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final once shipped, so please review your order carefully before checkout.
Please note that due to the nature of shipping sealed product, some items may arrive with minor cosmetic imperfections. Any imperfections are strictly cosmetic and do not affect the integrity of the product inside.
If you are purchasing sealed product for display or collection purposes and require items in pristine condition, we encourage you to contact our support team before your order is processed.
Order Cancellations
Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
